One way to differentiate your business is to offer something that no one else does. Nowadays, many businesses really don’t even like to provide their customers service at all. Please don’t add to that pile.

Want people to talk about your business? Invest time and energy in taking your sales team’s skills to the next level. Because in most businesses, the only person the potential customer ever talks to is the sales person. It’s easy to forget that.
