“Your approach to growing a business is the TOTAL opposite of the traditional approach. Has anyone ever told you this before?” read the first paragraph of an email I got the other day from a new client.
“How come you never asked to see our business plan?” was the question under the p.s.
My 2¢: If you need a business plan to get financing, have it. Otherwise… how can I put this politely… have you ever heard anyone say, “Wow! That business plan changed my life.”
Neither have I.
