Can clients read minds?

Tiny big reminder: In life and in business,

confusion is easy to make.

The good news: confusion is also easy to remedy.
Clients are not mind readers. The more the client understands ‘you’ and ‘your process’ the happier you all will be. Show, don’t tell. Even a simple one page graphic example of your process can greatly help your client get on board with your process. How you go about it is ultimately down to you. Just do it.

P.S. Sorry if you are already doing this, but for a lot of people that part is kind of like parallel parking: it is the least enjoyable bit of driving. Which is why a lot of people dread it. And that is why they avoid doing it. But just like with the parallel parking, the idea is to get to the point where you are successful slightly more often than not.
