If it’s broke, don’t fix it
As you know, companies, even the famous ones, can and do fizzle out. Why? Many reasons. One big one: many companies like the promise of change, just not the actual execution of it. You see, companies are a lot like people. People do almost everything for emotional rather than rational reasons. Why else would a lot of people continue to buy fat-laden doughnuts?
Now, the good news: We are the only living beings on Earth with the power to create our own worlds within the world in which we find ourselves. All other living creatures are controlled entirely by instinct. “The past is past, the future unformed” is not necessarily a thing on their minds. But it should be on yours. You can write your own ticket. It’s easy to forget that. :)
