Do you ever wonder why are we as consumers so captivated by stories of great customer service?
My 2¢:
It’s simple – because they serve as a much needed reminder that there are companies who still care about their customers. Many, not all, companies say that their customers are their #1 priority. If that is so, how come, then, so many of them don’t show us some current stories from real people that confirm that they are indeed ready, willing, and able to go the extra mile for each and every one of their customers?
