A welcome—it’s what people are looking for

A local craftsman invited me recently to visit his new shop.
The front door sign said: Welcome.
Question: How often do you still see that sign?

People are busy, they don’t have years to understand what you do.
That’s why they look for the obvious and easy to understand differences.
Are you any different?
My bet is that you often make decisions on less than one percent of the information. Because you have to.

My 2¢:
Looking for big results?
Think small & see to it that your customer touch points actually touch people.
Do it consistently and you won’t have to search for customers. They’ll search for you.
And that’s when you’ll realize that you’re not just a merchant anymore. You’re changing the world.
