What can the NFL teach us about success

It’s true,

more often than not the highest paid player on an NFL team is the quarterback. What many probably don’t realize is that more often than not the second highest paid player is a left tackle. Why? Because, as every housewife knows, the first check you write is for the mortgage but the second is for the insurance. And the left tackle’s job is to protect the quarterback from what he can’t see coming – to protect his blind side.

You are the quarterback of your success—what is your insurance?
My 2¢: Two words: continuing education.
A major factor in determining your success = the amount of time and energy you invest to better yourself.

Do you have some kind of a training/continuing education budget in place?
Sooner or later, you’ll probably have to buy at least SOME training. It’s easy to forget that.
