It’s your job is to create a constant stream of opportunities for your target audience to experience your brand. The good news is: you don’t have to invent everything, just find something that works well, improve on it, and adapt it to your needs.

I am often surprised to find how many people think that word of mouth marketing is a lot like the weather: important but outside of their control. Nothing could be further from the truth. The world is waiting on you. The world needs all kinds of interesting things.
