How Milun built the world’s third-biggest music site

Making the simple complicated is commonplace;
making the complicated simple, awesomely simple, that’s creativity.
Charles Mingus

A remarkable person and an inspiration. That’s what I first thought when I finished reading the article in today’s Globe and Mail (Feb 16 2011) about Milun Tesovic. I was truly impressed how simple, it seems, his original idea was—to create a media company catering directly to Google users. (You can read the Globe’s article about Milun and his company MetroLyrics here.)

My 2¢: In life and in business you often don’t need more genius. You need less resistance. (Seth Godin writes about this topic in detail in his book the “Linchpin” – I highly recommend it.) Ask yourself – do I need more resources or do I need to be more resourceful?
